The recipes

Twenty five crafting table recipes, all shapeless. Between them a player can reach every block in the pack from oak and a dye, with no operator involved.

Colouring oak

Fifteen recipes, three per family. Each takes a vanilla oak block and the dye for that family, and gives back one coloured equivalent.

Family Dye From oak log From stripped oak log From oak planks
Redwood RED_DYE Redwood Log Redwood Stripped Log Redwood Planks
Goldwood YELLOW_DYE Goldwood Log Goldwood Stripped Log Goldwood Planks
Greenwood GREEN_DYE Greenwood Log Greenwood Stripped Log Greenwood Planks
Bluewood BLUE_DYE Bluewood Log Bluewood Stripped Log Bluewood Planks
Purplewood PURPLE_DYE Purplewood Log Purplewood Stripped Log Purplewood Planks

So one oak log plus one red dye, anywhere in the grid, gives one Redwood Log.

Logs into planks

Ten recipes, two per family. A coloured log or a coloured stripped log gives four planks of the same family, the same ratio vanilla uses.

embercraft_chromawood:redwood_log          ->  4x embercraft_chromawood:redwood_planks
embercraft_chromawood:redwood_stripped_log ->  4x embercraft_chromawood:redwood_planks

The same pair exists for Goldwood, Greenwood, Bluewood and Purplewood.

Turning recipes off

Every recipe is a named entry in contents/embercraft_chromawood/configs/recipes.yml with its own enabled flag. Set one to false and restart to remove it while leaving the block itself craftable by other routes, or obtainable only through /iaget and the menu.

dye_redwood_log:
  enabled: false

That is the lever to pull if you would rather sell Chromawood through a shop than let players dye their own. Turn off the fifteen dye recipes and the pack becomes a shop-only cosmetic set, with the plank conversions still working for anyone who bought a log.
