First release. One jar for Velocity and BungeeCord.

• Chat across servers with a [Server] prefix (configured per backend).
• /msg and /r across servers, with a delivery receipt rather than a guess.
• /tpa and /tpahere carry the request across; consent is given on the target's server; the teleport follows.
• /tp and /tphere move players between servers.
• /glist grouped by server; /server to switch; tab completion of names from every server.
• Kicks a banned player wherever on the network they are.
• No database, no open port: everything travels on the plugin message channel.
